Perun Adventures is a travel and adventure activity provider operating in Croatia, specializing in guided hiking, cycling, kayaking, and multi-activity tours. By booking or participating in any Perun Adventures program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

• A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment (as specified at booking) has been received.
• The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation.
• Prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise and include only what is explicitly mentioned in the tour description.

• Most tours require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, Perun Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
• In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date or program.

Cancellation fees (deposit) depend on the timing of the cancellation:

• More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus administrative fees (if applicable)
• 60–30 days before departure: 50% of the total deposit price
• Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total deposit price

Specific tours or custom-made programs may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at booking.

Perun Adventures reserves the right to:

• Modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, sea or mountain conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Change accommodations, routes, or activity schedules while maintaining the overall quality and intent of the tour
• Cancel a tour if conditions are deemed unsafe

In such cases, reasonable alternatives, rescheduling, or refunds will be offered where appropriate.

Adventure activities depend heavily on weather and natural conditions. By joining a tour, you acknowledge that:

• Weather-related changes do not automatically entitle guests to refunds
• Decisions made by guides regarding safety, route changes, or cancellations are final

Participants agree to:

• Accurately disclose relevant health conditions, fitness level, and experience
• Follow guide instructions and safety briefings at all times
• Use provided safety equipment as instructed
• Behave responsibly toward other participants, guides, locals, and the natural environment

Perun Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers themselves or others, without refund.

• Participants must be in suitable physical and mental condition for the chosen activity
• It is the guest’s responsibility to consult a medical professional if unsure
• Perun Adventures is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include coverage for adventure activities, medical expenses, and trip cancellation
• Personal belongings and equipment are the responsibility of the participant

• Perun Adventures provides activity-specific equipment when stated in the tour description
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by negligence
• Guests bringing their own equipment do so at their own risk

• Accommodation types vary by tour and are described on the tour page
• Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance
• Failure to inform us in advance may limit our ability to accommodate such requests

• Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks
• By joining a tour, participants accept these risks and agree to take responsibility for their actions
• Perun Adventures, its guides, and partners are not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control

• Perun Adventures may use photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes
• If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform us in writing before the tour or in the experience form we send prior the tour.

• Personal data is collected solely for booking and operational purposes
• Data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to Croatian jurisdiction.

By booking and participating in a Perun Adventures tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
